My review is from a DoorDash order. I got the 3 item bento. I got chicken teriyaki, gyoza and tempura. It also came with rice, salad and miso soup. I loved the chicken teriyaki. Everything was good and this is definitely enough food for 2 people.

Great value! I love this spot. Well prepared, lots of options and always nicely packaged. Usually order to go, staff is friendly and double checks order before you go. I've eaten in and it's a small spot but I've never had to wait for a table. Crab filling isn't my boyfriend's favorite, but I have no issue with it. Ample parking.

Sushiland has never failed me and surprised I never reviewed it. Price to roll ratio is standard, and today I felt like getting some hot food while the wife was craving sushi. The teriyaki plate was huge and bonus it came with rice salad AND miso soup which was fresh and delicious. The dining area is a little small, and the outdoor seating can get very cold this time of year so have to be lucky to dine in during peak hours. However their sushi and hot items are so fresh that taking it to go is definitely valid and not a bad idea.

(4 out of 5) The food here is good, grew up coming here, sushi is expensive everywhere you go but I feel like this place is reasonably priced for the already high sushi prices in the bay. Fun rolls with a nice service team. Not in the best area, random part on mission with nothing around the store.. but all n all of your in the area this is a reliable sushi place! If you some tell them Rothyy sent you!

We dined here on 11/27 around 6 p.m. The food was good, and the service was excellent. The restaurant is on the smaller side, with additional seating in a built-on space adjacent to the building. There is plenty of parking available. We ordered the 911 Roll, Volcano Roll, Bento with Teriyaki Salmon and Beef, and the Agedashi Tofu. The rolls were fresh, flavorful, and generously packed with spicy tuna. The teriyaki was tasty but leaned a bit too sweet for our preference. The tofu was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The young lady who served us was exceptional--attentive, polite, and highly professional. All in all another good sushi find. Eat local and support our small businesses!

Their Yelp description does NOT lie when they say their sushi is at a reasonable price. You won't find a hole in the wall hole-ier in the wall than Sushiland with as warm service and plentiful servings. With fewer than 8 tables in their small dining area, their lack of mainstream popularity definitely works in their favor because our party of 3 came at 6:00 sharp on a Thursday to no wait at all. My companions ordered bento box sets with the teriyaki salmon/sashimi and mackerel/tonkatsu. The salmon was seasoned well and the sashimi had good color to it, and the mackerel was "some of the best [she'd] ever had" with a great crunch on the pork. Soup and salad were solid and even the unfinished plain rice was taken to go. Now for my dish: the Sushiland roll. Imagine my surprised when I was served what seemed to be a plain spring mix salad topped with poke and avocado after having referenced the menu description. Somewhat dumbfounded, I poked at it for a while and made progress on the top layer of fish until I discovered an ENTIRE ROLL under the salad stuffed with the shrimp tempura, imitation crab, and spicy tuna I was promised. Not even kidding, I was AYCE sushi levels of full after this meal. I will say my meal's fish quality was somewhat on par with what you would expect from an AYCE spot but for only $17.50 and much more attentive service I was more than pleased. Thanks for providing incomparable value and a comforting meal!

I recently visited Sushiland and had a good experience! One of the highlights was definitely their jalapeño bombers - crispy on the outside and filled with delicious imitation crab meat inside. I also ordered one of their sashimi plates. Their portions were generous. Large, fresh pieces of fish for such a great price! The restaurant itself is super convenient to my home. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

We ordered for takeout, and the wait was about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and casual with a decent amount of seating for dine-in and a spacious parking lot. We got the summer roll (baked sushi), lambada special roll, salmon skin roll, and gyoza appetizer. All of the sushi was made with fresh ingredients, our faves being the summer roll and salmon skin roll. The lambada was not as tasty, but it was fine. And the gyoza was a bit dry but the pork inside was nicely seasoned. We had a good meal and were satisfied with our experience at SushiLand.

Quality/Quantity - SushiLand Roll - A MUST order. We usually try to order the dish with the business name on it, and this did NOT fail! It's like having a poke salad on top of a tempura roll! Las Vegas Roll - Similar to a rainbow roll, but with different sauces. 49ers Roll - My daughter really liked this roll. I usually do as well, but for some reason I got a bad aftertaste. It might have been the rind of the lemon slices? Chicken Teriyaki Donburi - Good, we saved this to eat the next day as we (my daughter) misjudged how large the rolls were, especially the SushiLand Roll. The donburi was still good the following day. This also came with miso soup & a side of green salad. Atmosphere - Very small dining area, but it looked like they built an extension to seat double the amount of tables. Unfortunately the wait staff have to go outside and enter through a separate door to serve the customers outside. On a cold day like today, that would affect the temperature of the food... Good size parking lot, plenty of parking. Service - Approximately 7+ employees working. 2 wait staff, 2 sushi bar employees, and 3 employees in the kitchen. But 1 of the wait staff had to walk outside to enter the other room, and I am sure that really affects productivity. They both also had to take care of their to-go orders and phone orders. In summary, you need at least another person to handle your "dinner" rush. Price - $68 + tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2012, I am not sure why we have NOT heard of you before? Hope to be back soon.
